My wife and I have returned after 2 weeks at this complex.
We were upgraded to the Maya and this was fantastic, but the whole complex was clean, fresh and beautiful
I felt that I received excellent value for my money.
If I were to be super critical, I would mention the following that could be improved :-
1. Pool temperature was too low especially in January and few were swimming.
2. Lukewarm food was served on (mostly) cold plates, resulting in cold food .. for a 5/6 star hotel there were no electric platewarmers on view.
3. Dressings for adding to salads were not identified by name, so you couldn't tell if it were blue-cheese, garlic, mayonnaise etc.

The above comments are meant to be constructive and not destructive

These apart, I thought management and all staff were doing an excellent job and they seemed keen to respond to any item that made a customer even mildly dissatisfied. It would be unkind to mention any specific staff member as they were all terrific.

We hope to go again and would gladly take our family and friends and recommend it to others.
