color=#0000ff>   Iberostar Message BoardRetured on Saturday Jan 29th after 2 weeks at the Iberostar Pariso Beach and Lindo. We got married durring the first week and got upgraded to the Lindo on our wedding day as Mom got a free upgade when she arrrived so we asked and they gave us one. The first four days we spent in room 3131 at the Beach hotel, and it was a nice room ( I think it was a Jr suite 1 building from the Beach) but the bed was really hard. When we got moved we got moved to 5163 right accross the street and it was a nice room to but there was not enough light in the washroom. We like to walk and both bulidings were about a 10 minute walk to the lobby( most restaurants) and it was just fine because it gets you moving.

The beach has tons of Palapa's and chairs and even going down around 9 or 10 am you can still find a good spot. (people start the towel game arond 6 am but it doesn't matter.) The pool is cold at first but you get used to it and there are tons of palapa's and chairs but the pool it is harder to find a good spot but not much.

Bars:
The Beach and pool bars only serve local drinks made with local alcohol and they are just fine. The best drinks were from the swim up bar in the Lindo pool right below the ice cream bar.

The lobby bars at all four lobbys have some international booze like Bombay Gin, Bacardi, Glenfidich etc. They all made good drinks the longe in the Lindo is in a small closed room and smells very musty and we tried to avoid it for that reason.

Restaurants.

All 3 breakfast buffets are good and serve the same things. The best things are the fresh doughnuts, and fresh made ommlettes.

Lunch:
was good but got repetitive with pizza, hamburgers, and the like. The only lunch that was so so was from the beach restaurant beside the beach bar on the Lindo side. Every time we went for food it was always empty and when the food did get put up it tended to be under cooked (even chicken) I would recomend skipping this restaurant and go to the ones just past the beach as there is more selection.

Dinner
Buffets
The Lindo buffet is the best with more selection but the room gets really musty as it is the pool restaurant for lunch and it is open air at lunch, but they close the windows an night and it starts to smell.
The Beach and del mar buffets are both good and they are open air.

we ate in almost all the al a carte restaurnats on both sides of the resort and only had 1 bad meal and that was in the Italian restaurant at the Lindo ( personal thoughts) others raved so what ever it's my opinon.

I would reomend this resort to anyone who wants to relax and have a good time as you can do as little or as much as you want.

The wedding iwas very unstressful, and I am really glad we did it there as it was perfect. Just watch the in house photo shop as they tend to add charges onto the bill with out asking first.
