Just got back from two weeks at the Lindo. May 2 to May 16. My wife and I (late 50's going on early 40's) had a brilliant time relaxing, eating, drinking etc. Very impressed with the quality of the resort as a whole. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for you. In particular I must mention Eduardo in the Lobby bar (Lubbly Jubbly mate) and Julio and Fidel at the Beach bar. Julio's Black Russian was awesome. Great cocktails lads, keep them coming !!!!!!! We visited 8 of the restaurants available and found all to be excellent. We especially enjoyed the Japonese "Pagoda" restaurant, a real social meal. The beach and gardens were fantastic including the lazy river ride. Even had peacocks wandering about the Lindo and flamingos at the Del Mar. I could go on for ages telling you more. We met some really nice people (Amy and Giles in particular) and have great photos to remember them by !!!! One big advantage with the Lindo is that you get such a wide variety of places to eat, drink, be entertained etc that you never get bored. We've pencilled this one in for the future and are thinking of returning next year with more of the family including grandchildren. A 5-star holiday at a 5-star resort. Couldn't ask for better.
