color=#0000ff> Iberostar Message BoardWe vacationed at this resort from Dec 25,2004 thru New Years day. We were overwhelmed by the lush vegatation, impeccable surrondings and amazing staff. The food was plentiful and well presented. The staff bent over backwards to meet our requests. I have never seen a staff so happy to please!
After a long delayed flight we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by dozens of enthusiastic staff with fruit drinks-that were given to us. The hotel lobby was breathtaking with rich marble floors, a turtle pool, exotic wood beams, and lots of details. We were enchanted by the positive energy and the physical beauty of this lush resort.
The pool was amazing. It was the largest pool I have ever seen and it had nice curves that created "pods" of different sections that gave you a feeling of being part of something larger but still feeling like you had your own section. I spent several hours daily in the pool.
The friendly staff would get you free drinks and answer any questions with amazing grace. The all-inclusive aspect was wonderful. To not have to think about money was uplifting. You could always get a drink or something to eat anytime.
Also the entertainment at night was very good. The costumes were beautiful and the dancers were superb to watch. We spent New Years Eve there and it was one big long party that I will always remember.
These people know how to treat guests and I would return to this resort in a heartbeat!
