color=#0000ff> Iberostar Message BoardOur family went on vacation the week of 11/21 to 11/27. We were traveling with our two children 6 and 8 years old.
Transportation The taxi ride to the hotel took longer than an hour, our driver was too busy conversing with other drivers. So we arrived an hour later, then our original time.
Hotel: The hotel is layout is very beautiful. Our rooms were very efficient. There is no room service. The food was very good.
Pool: The pool was nice, but very cold. It was not heated. There were a lot of plants around the pool, so trying to watch your kids swim from a lounge chair, was not easy to do. They do not have any poolside service. If you like that feature does not exist. Most of the staff does not speak English, so brush up on your Spanish.
Entertainment: This was the best thing at the hotel.
Activities for children: They had a club for kids, but staff did not speak much English, and club was in a very small area with ancient toys and very mildew smell.
Overall it was a nice place, but really not a 5 star place. My rate on stars 3 1/2.
